Ciao Bella from Florence Italy

Buongiorno! I hope everyone has had an incredible weekend. As some of you may know, I have been away experiencing Italy for the first time this past week. Let me just tell you it was AMAZING! I am still trying to let everything sink in, as it was such a whirl-wind of a trip, however over this next week I plan on sharing some of my favorite parts and outfit styles while I was there.

I thought it only right to start with the first leg of my trip in Florence (or Frienze if we want to be locals). Yes, the Ponte Vecchio is as beautiful as these pictures portray. I couldn't have asked for better weather, accept for the spontaneous rainfall that happened right at the start of this photo shoot (hence the need for my hood and jacket). Don't mind my naturally wavy hair, thanks to the rain, it was out in all of it's frizziness glory! None the less, this city is just as wonderful in the rain as in the sunshine. We also had a pretty spectacular sunset which ended a picture perfect day. I hope to inspire you to venture out there if you can, because it is an trip of a lifetime.

And cue the rain...

These Sam Edelman cheetah print slip ons were my go-to shoes for the entire trip. Comfort + style, what more could you ask for!

The View atop the Duomo. Breath taking is an understatement.

The beautiful sunset that graced us with it's presence while on the Ponte Vecchio.

I can't forget to thank my beautiful cousin Natalie, who took these photos. Getting to share this experience and our Italian roots with her during her abroad stay was incredible!
