Happy Monday beach babes! Today I'm sharing with you my favorite workout regimen to get beach body ready by the first day of summer! Its the annual Bikini Series created by Karena and Katrina of Tone It up!
This is my second annual bikini series I am partaking in from Tone It Up and I'm so excited to start it up again. You may have heard of Karena and Katrina if you watched their show Toned Up on Bravo. The best part of their work out programs is THEY'RE FREE :). The first day/week of this years Bikini Series starts today.
