Happy Friday peeps! I don't know about you but I am extra thankful it's the weekend (weeks are way too long these days). So to kick it off, I wanted to show off one of my favorite celebrity looks for under $100! Head on over to Styledrobe.com for the full deets on how I re-styled Hayden Panettiere's look.
Cheers to the weekend!

Summer in Chicago is hard to dress for. One day it's ninety degrees and 100% humidity, one day it's rainy and cold. Because of this, I tend to always turn to my black jumpsuit. It works for the hot days by being made out of linen and having a tank top, but also prepares me for any weather changes by being a long pant. I literally live in this thing sometimes! I love to dress it up with great accessories, especially the ones I received courtesy of Accessory Concierge. These chandelier style earrings, with contrasting white and black colors, class up even the most simple of outfits. I also paired it with my Chanel clutch, just to keep in the gold theme. (besides who doesn't mind Chanel as their arm candy?)
I hope everyone has a great hump day! The weekend is just two days away (yay!)

So, I'm not sure about everyone else, but I am loving super bright colors lately. This skirt is no exception. I was instantly drawn to it while walking through bloomies. I decided I wanted my skirt to stand out so I paired it with a black and white stripped crop top and my favorite new metallic sandals (they're seriously one of the comfiest pairs I own!) This was another look I wore when I was in NYC. It was perfect for a day spent exploring the city, enjoying lunch outside at madison square eats and shopping with one of my best friends!

I can't believe its already monday, the weekend went by way too fast (doesn't it always?!). My 24th birthday was on Friday so I spent the weekend celebrating with family and some close friends. I'm not having my party until next weekend but there's nothing wrong with celebrating multiple times! Today I'm sharing some pictures from part 1 of my birthday celebrations :):
I got two of the most beautiful bouquets of flowers from my boyfriend, Matt (he such a comedian sometimes with his cards)!
Such a gorgeous view at The IO Urban Roofscape at The Godfrey
Champagne and good dancing music makes this girl very happy.
Started off Saturday night with another gorgeous view of the city
They decided "lets attack Brittani with birthday kisses", love them.
Ended off the weekend with a Sunday night dinner at my favorite restaurant!
I hope everyone had an amazing weekend!

Have a fab weekend

So there I was, casually walking around Nordstrom just browsing. As I walked passed their swimwear section (a section I never usually stop at) something caught my eye. And there they were, placed ever so perfectly on a table display, two bikinis I knew I HAD to have. The Nautical Desire bikini (top & bottoms) and the Berry Berry top with the Mystic Paths bottoms, all by Maaji.
I share this story with you because after seeing (and purchasing) these fab bikinis, I suddenly felt the need to update my bikini wardrobe. Although I have a bunch of bikinis from college (you basically live in them attending the University of Arizona), they felt childish (don't ask me why). I wanted to feel like the 23 year old (going on 24 tomorrow!) woman that I had become. You're only young once so if you got it, flaunt it! Don't get me wrong, I love all of my Victoria Secret and Target bikinis, but I
wanted needed a change. My go-to brands I've been lusting after right now have to be Maaji, Triangl (dying for one actually!) and Lolli.
Check out my bikini wish list below:
I put this list together for all us sun bums dreaming that summer will stick around forever! I have a serious love for summer and warm weather. I even created a board on our Pinterest page dedicated to summer vibes. I'm constantly asking myself why I moved home from Arizona to go to law school in Chicago. Luckily there is only one year of law school left and then my boyfriend and I can move back to a warm weather year round state (*happy dance*).
