This past weekend I spent a few days hanging around the east coast in Baltimore and Washington, DC with family. It was an amazing trip! It started out a little rocky because my airline lost my bags for 48 hours (thanks United!). However it prompted me to have to head to target in hopes of making something work for the few days I would be without my belongings. Luckily for me, I came across this super cute T-shirt maxi that was a perfect fix. I decided to wear it out for my day in DC to look a little festive while being in our country's capital. I dressed it down with a pair of my white chucks, 1. because they're suitable for walking 2. because I am really loving the maxi and sneaker trend; mixing classic and causal. Overall the day was pretty cloudy which made for awesome photos, so a girl can't complain! My matra for the trip: Let's venture DC, but first let me take a selfie ;)
