Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites From Scratch

So an added benefit to being close with 100% italians is learning recipes they created by randomly deciding to throw some ingredients they have in the house together to make something yummy. This recipe is happens to be one of those delicious creations, cheesy garlic bread bites!

Ingredients

1 loaf of bread, unsliced (bread of your choice, I used sesame seed french bread)
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bowl of garlic butter (how to make this is in the directions below)

Directions

Step one: cut bread on a diagonal, but do not slice all the way through. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step two: Cut the bread in a diagonal in the opposite direction it has already been cut, remembering not to slice all the way through.

Step three: Mix together the garlic butter. To do this melt two sticks of unsalted butter, then mix in garlic powder for the desired garlic taste.

Step four: Use a spoon to spread the garlic butter into the cuts you have already made in your bread.

Step five: Take pinches of the shredded mozzarella cheese and stuff it into the bread. Put in as much or as little cheese depending on how cheesy you want the bites to be.

When you are done it should look like this:

Step six: wrap the bread in tin foil

Step seven: place the bread into the preheated to 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes

Step eight: remove the bread from the oven after about 15-20 minutes to check and see if the cheese is melted as much as you want it to be. If its not put it back in the oven and continue to check on it.

Step nine: remove the bread from the foil and place it in a serving tray

Voila you're done and ready to enjoy some cheese garlic bread bites with your meal

I hope you enjoy this easy to make recipe as much as I do!

If you want to see my full outfit of what I wore while I was cooking this yummy treat you can find that here. Have a great weekend!
