Furry Layers

Layering is my saving grace in the winter. For someone who is constantly cold, I drag this technique out as long as I can until it's too hot to wear a shirt. It's great for when temperatures fluctuate and you can't decide if you need a heavy winter jacket or not. On this day, it was fine enough out for no jacket, but I still needed something to keep the breeze out. Playing with different knits textures is fun and structures an outfit in a quirky way. I love the blending taupes and beiges in this fur vest that mesh so well with my wool sweater. Also the contrasted cable knit back adds the little bit of depth to this layered look.
