I'm trying to kick these hump day blues with some outerwear that I love! I seriously can't get enough of this Rachel Roy anorak jacket (also seen here), and although it is sold out, you really can't beat the anorak style for the transition into cold weather (Similar options below!). Because Chicago is still pretty warm and balmy with rainy weather, these *Life Stride Puddle Rain booties are perfect for running errands or walking around the city in without worrying about your feet being cold and wet. They kept my feet perfectly dry and I didn't have to worry about watching where I stepped, a total bonus! I also do have to say, the padded foot bed makes me feel like I'm walking on clouds. The grey and blue contrast went great with my cuffed jeans for an easy casual look I could wear all day. I believe, however, that my most favorite element has to be my scarf. While perusing the holiday dollar section at Target, which I'm a total sucker for, I came across this cozy soft scarf...for only $3! As a big bargain shopper I couldn't have been more proud to have found this. I will definitely be incorporating into my winter wear!
