To say that I am excited to get out of Chicago right before a cold spell starts is an understatement. I haven't had a pedicure in so long and I have to say my toes are extremely anxious to make an appearance in some dearly missed sandals this week. I am heading to Arizona to visit some family and the weather forecast is showing nothing but sun!
I always tend to over pack, however, I've become a pro at creating a Tetris like game out of making everything fit (there's 7 pairs of shoes in the above photo). Traveling to and from college, to and from Ryan and to and from anywhere really has given me quite the experience! What helps most is having the right packing base (as I call it). I'm a carry-on kind of girl, thanks to some awful checked bag situations, and that means I need the smallest luggage possible.
