What I love most about this day in age in the workplace is how informal formal the attire has become. Long gone (for most people) are the strict formal dress codes in the office, which means having free range to express your style in a more causal way.

I've been fortunate enough to have style freedom at work and keep my outfits pretty business casual while still incorporating a hint of my own flare. Blazers are a staple for me and since I've started a new job, they have quickly become a more versatile piece in my wardrobe. I still like to create an element of surprise with adding distressed denim or a pop of color to my outfit, as I did here. Also rose gold couldn't be a more in style and their metallic envelope clutch paired perfectly.
